Due to our handmade natural products, we do not accept returns. If you receive an order with the incorrect item, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will not need to return the products you already received. We don’t accept exchanges.

Shipping

Our orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped through USPS. Please allow 3-5 days from the date your order is placed for shipping.

An email confirmation with your tracking number is sent once your order has been shipped.
